The U. S. Food and Drug Administration has found that the antidepressant drug Buspar (Buspirone) may also be associated with a higher risk of developing certain types of dementia, such as Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s and multiple forms of dementia. In fact, the FDA has stated that, the drug’s ability to treat and prevent Alzheimer’s disease and Parkinson’s disease can be reduced in some patients, but the drug’s ability to prevent dementia may help in other situations.
The FDA has issued warnings to more than 6,500 patients who are taking Buspar for anxiety or depression and are at high risk for developing Alzheimer’s disease. The FDA has also found that the drug may also be associated with the development of multiple forms of dementia.
The FDA has also issued letters to the editor, including those of the New York Times, the New England Journal of Medicine, the American Medical Association and the National Association of Neurological Neurosurgery, among others.
“The findings are significant, but they are not consistent with the general belief that buspirone increases the risk of dementia by inducing dementia symptoms,” the FDA stated in an email. “This finding is consistent with the findings of our recent study, published in the December 2012 issue of theNew England Journal of Medicine, which demonstrated that buspirone caused significant increases in risk of dementia and that it may also be associated with an increased risk of multiple forms of dementia.”
The FDA’s letter to the editor stated that the research was “exaggerating and that there have been concerns and questions regarding the safety and efficacy of buspirone.”
The FDA also stated that the “findings of this study provide further evidence that the drug may cause cognitive and neurobehavioral changes in people with dementia.”
The FDA has issued a press release with the FDA in support of the research and its concerns.

I had a lot of fun atBuspar Canada, and this week, was a new favorite of mine. I am so glad that myis finally here, and that I have been able to get a newby the end of this year. Thisis not the only medication to help you get off the medication and to stop smoking, and I also have athat is available in Canada. This is thethat I am currently using. I was told bythat I can startat any time and is the only one that I can get to use at all.
that I have been using for a few months now. I have taken Buspar and it was very effective.
When I first started taking Buspar, I had terrible side effects like drowsiness, vomiting, etc. I took my first dose of Buspar in July and then took a second dose in November and then stopped taking it and started to get a little bit better.
This isso that I am not having the side effects that I have now. I have taken it for about two weeks now, and I started feeling really good in a little while. My stomach was really bad, I had a lot of diarrhea, I had a lot of gas, I had a lot of dizziness, and the worst was getting dizzy and having a bad headache.
I went to my doctor and he said he could not prescribe Buspar, so I told him to stop. My doctor told me to go back to my usual dose of Buspar, so I went back to my usual dose and started taking Buspar again.
I have been on Buspar for about a week now, but it has not been as effective as I have expected. I have been on it for about 2 months now and I have noticed that I have more energy, so I am hoping that will help me get back to a normal level.
I have not been able to take it withBusparbecause it has become so hard to do so. I am going to try it in another form.
If you have any more questions or any comments, I would be happy to answer them and share my experience with you.
